Anyone interested in the concert can launch on Thursday from Farragut and sail or motor south of the launch to Button hook for the night. Its a short walk back to the launch site to getyour car. Sandpoint is 30 minutes from Farragut State Park. We'll be at the concert but we'll be returning to Spokane Thursday night and taking the boat out Friday morning. We'll stay at Button Hook Friday. On Sat. depending on the wind, we'll sail up to Whiskey Rock. Sunday we can go onto Garfield or Green bay or stay at Whiskey depending on the wind. For those of you heading home on Sunday, you can get back to the launch site in a couple of hours from Whiskey. We might stay out past Monday depending on my job situation and whether or not I'll be intereviewing for teaching positions that week.

For those of you living in milder climates west of the mountains, its HOT here in the summer!!! Expect high 90's. Bring sun screen, a big hat, sunbrella, bimini, swim suit etc. So don't say I didn't warn you:)

Like last year, we'll have homebrew and dock prizes!!! And even though Charlie and Sandra can't make it, we'll swim around the island at Button Hook again. Bring goggles, snorkel mask, flippers, noodles or what ever props you like to use when swimming.
