Good morning all. I could use some help troubleshooting my cabin light. After checking all the usual suspects, blubs are ok, fuse is ok, and the battery is freshly charged I am at a loss for what else to check. Is it correct that the cabin light is hard wired back to the battery through the inline fuse?
Thanks in advance, Craig
I don't remember how the cabin lights are wired, but you might double-check the ground path. My nav lights weren't working and I found that one of the jumper straps on the grounding terminal block was broken. I measured voltage on each terminal with a DMM - ground, ground, ground, 13V!?
Coincidentally I also found one of the cabin light switches was bad.
Toby: Good morning. Thanks I found the problem, there were wires in the cable channel running down the cabin post that were disconnected.
