Knot Yat Rudder Modification

I have my rudder completed in stainless steel. It is a bracket for a straight rudder not a kick up and it goes up and down in the bracket with a pin to hold it. There is a Y shaped bracket that fits on top and holds the mast while trailering. The design eliminates the need for a crutch so you do not need to take the rudder off to trailer it.

They were cut out on a lazer and all of the corners rounded and the finish is a satin finish which I didn't even know they could do on stainless steel.

I do have a builder who will make these for anybody if they would like them. The builder is:

Clayton Strasser
Iron Accents
P.O. Box 1389
Sisters, Oregon 97759
Phone 541-549-7788
Cell 541-480-9221

The price of stainless went up so he couldn't make them for less than 300.00 but could if there were more orders. This includes the pintles and the pins. you don't need anything but your tiller to complete the system.
